Here at Kershaw Chauffeur Services we not only offer standard meet and greet services for all our customers, we are also able offer an enhanced meet and greet package at London Heathrow and Gatwick. These packages would include the services of a concierge agent during your time at the airport. Your Kershaw Chauffeur works seamlessly alongside the agents on departure and arrival.

Departures

You will be greeted when you arrive kerb side by your personal Airport Concierge Agent
Baggage porters can be arranged to collect and transfer your luggage
We will assist you through check in and then escort you through security
If you have booked a lounge, you will be escorted there while you wait to board
A boarding time will be arranged with your Agent who will collect you from the lounge and escort you to the aircraft



Arrivals

An Airport Concierge Agent will meet you at the gate
The Agent will assist you through immigration, baggage reclaim and customs
If you have booked a baggage porter, they will collect your luggage for you
You will then be escorted to your Kershaw Chauffeur
